Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Any free-shipping promotions and applicable requirements will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Furry Friends is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after your order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.

Furry Friends is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
